About the process:
The operation is carried out under local or general anesthesia based on what the doctor determines. The doctor makes small incisions in the places where the liposuction will be performed and then inserts the fine cannula tube to pull out the accumulated fat after liquefaction. After completing liposuction, the doctor sculpts the back, tightens the skin and removes the excess of it until reaching the desired result. Upon completion, the doctor closes the incisions and puts bandages on them.
After the operation:
The patient must follow the doctor’s instructions and advice until the end of the recovery, which are:
- Commit to wearing compression clothing to reduce swelling and speed up healing.
- The patient can use painkillers when needed.
- Avoid sports, intense physical activities and lifting heavy weights for 8 weeks.
- Drink plenty of fluids.
