Sleeve gastrectomy

Is one of the most common procedures in the world to address the problem of obesity.

Sleeve gastrectomy helps to lose 60-70% of weight within one year of surgery.

The operation is performed laparoscopically under general anesthesia, where the doctor makes small incisions in the upper abdomen to insert the necessary precision instruments.

The doctor forms what looks like a sleeve in the stomach and removes approximately 80% of the size of the stomach. Leaving a small part of the stomach.

The procedure takes about one to two hours.

bypass

It is a surgical procedure by which the doctor creates a small pouch of the stomach and attaches this pouch directly to the small intestine.

After the bypass procedure, the food swallowed will go into this pouch and move directly into the intestines, bypassing the large part of the stomach.

The operation is carried out under general anesthesia. During which the doctor makes small incisions with laparoscopic technique, then cuts the upper part of the stomach and isolates it

from the remaining part of the stomach. The doctor forms a small bag that is the size of a nut from the cut part.

The doctor cuts off part of the small intestine, attaches it directly to the small pouch, and finishes the gastric bypass operation.

Gastric balloon

It is one of the most important and modern weight-loss procedures in the world.

Through this procedure, a silicone balloon filled with salt water is placed inside the stomach.

This balloon limits the intake of large amounts of food and gives a person a constant feeling of fullness.

The procedure is similar to endoscopic procedures, where the doctor inserts a thin tube from the throat into the stomach loaded with a balloon.

The doctor then inserts a small camera into the stomach that allows the balloon to be seen filling with saline.

The operation takes about half an hour and the patient can leave for home immediately after the procedure is over.

Stomach Botox

The procedure of stomach Botox is considered one of the most important procedures for getting rid of obesity. It is a medical and non-surgical procedure that is similar to endoscopic operations. Through it, the doctor injects the stomach wall with Botox, which leads to muscle relaxation and delays the digestion of food, giving the person a feeling of fullness for a longer time and reducing the desire to eat.
